We offer a complete design & build service with project management.  All designs are CAD built and can be approved by building control if necessary. We will work with you to ensure your ideas are incorporated into a design which is practical and will compliment your existing  environment. 

We do everything from workplace appraisals and design to implementation and beyond – and you only need one dedicated contact for the whole process.  No random suppliers here there and everywhere to keep track of.  No conflicting timelines or fluctuating costs.  Everything is under one roof and one budget – yours.

Our electricians carry out all types of domestic electrical work from replacing a fuse to designing & installing new lighting schemes, CCTV & alarm systems, power & lighting circuit repairs or additions.  We can design & install outside lighting from a porch light to extensive garden lighting which would compliment and attribute to the property landscaping. We can design & install local area networks for secure communication between PCs. We carry out all types of electrical testing including PAT testing & produce certification.

Our commercial electrical works are diverse, we have installed & maintained countless sets of car park & external lights, worked with shop fitting companies on various projects. We maintain, alter & refurbish electrical systems in major hotels, motorway service stations, schools, leisure centres, public buildings, shopping centres etc.  We have expertise in designing & installing low energy lighting schemes and can give energy & maintenance cost projections to justify the installation costs.  We can design & fit any type of data network.

Our industrial electrical work is primarily on 3 phase systems, some of it on very high current installations such as smelting foundries.  We have many years experience of working in factories & workshops and are aware of the design criteria necessary to meet health & safety standards.

We have carried out work on farms & agricultural buildings & understand the specialised installation requirements where livestock are in proximity to electricity.

Specialist Service

For infection control projects & surgery builds we will produce a design capable of being approved by the local Health Authority before costings take place. We also supply, service, validate & maintain equipment with a 12 month guarantee and can provide maintenance contracts to cover longer periods.

If you call us out to a critical breakdown our aim is to repair the item within 1 hour of arriving on site. For portable machinery we aim to repair the item within one hour or offer you a loan machine while we repair your machine 

Approved installers 

Our mechanical division covers all types of heating & ventilation of buildings from domestic to commercial installations. We will design & install, service & maintain all types of equipment from a domestic central heating system to a multi extractor ventilation system in a public building or office block. We work with two specialist air conditioning companies, one small & one large to suit whatever the requirements our customers have.

We carry out all types of plumbing works from replacing a tap washer to a designing & fitting a luxurious bathroom & everything in between.

We will unblock your waste pipes & drains, repair burst pipes & leaks. We will unblock rain water down pipes & clean out gutters; unblocking roof drains on public buildings such as schools has become a speciality of ours using high powered suction machines.

We have designed, fitted, maintained & repaired all types of air conditioning & ventilation systems from a small packet air conditioning system in a hair dressing salon to a centralised system in a veterinary hospital or a 4” bathroom extractor to a heat recovery commercial extraction system.

We work in houses, schools, leisure centres, hotels, hospitals, offices, shops, workshops etc etc.

We design, fit & maintain all types of hot water & central heating systems from small domestic systems to large commercial systems. We are qualified on gas, oil & electrical powered systems and are GAS SAFE Registered. We can repair your broken down boiler, water heater or blown hot air heat exchanger using both our gas fitters & our electrical engineers.

Skilled Craftsmanship

We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, all of our staff are fully qualified and work to very high standards.  We can carry out all types of work from simple maintenace to constructing buildings including all internal alterations & refurbishments.

We will maintain & repair all types of buildings of any size. We have over 35 years of experience in maintainance & repairs so can offer effective solutions to all problems. This service includes decoration both internally & externally.

We are experts in extensions, refurbishments and alterations. We can recommend an Architect & work closly with an indepandant Building Control Company to make this an easy process.

We have carried out bespoke new build projects, and any size of refurbishment project, we have carried out numerous whole building refurbs where we can redesign & refit the interior with up to date insulation, electrical & data systems, low energy hot water & central heating systems & along the way correct any structural defects to basically provide a new house within the existing shell.
